- Contact Printians by phone (305) 463-8870, email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your return authorization number.
- Send your product back including the original packaging as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your package has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation of full refund to your account and/or your replacement frame will be sent.
Be sure to keep the following in mind when returning your items:
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning any product.
